- 2 racks pork ribs baby back or St. Louis style

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For the Bourbon Glaze:
- ½ cup bourbon
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Prep the Ribs
- Remove membrane from back of ribs
- Lightly coat with olive oil
- Generously apply Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Rub
- Let sit for 15–30 minutes
- Cook Low & Slow
- Preheat oven or smoker to 275°F
- Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2–2.5 hours
- Make the Bourbon Glaze
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan
- Simmer on medium heat for 10–15 minutes
- Stir until thick and glossy
- Finish the Ribs
- Remove ribs from foil
- Brush generously with bourbon glaze
- Grill or broil for 5–10 minutes to caramelize
- Rest & Serve
- Let ribs rest for 10 minutes
- Slice and serve hot
