- 1 whole beef brisket 10–12 lbs
- 4 –6 tbsp FlavorBlvd Brisket Rub
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard binder
- Optional: beef broth or apple juice for spritzing
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from brisket (leave about ¼ inch)
- Coat brisket lightly with mustard
- Generously apply FlavorBlvd Brisket Rub on all sides
- Let rest 30–60 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor)
- Place in smoker at 225°F
- Smoke until internal temp reaches 165°F
- Wrap in butcher paper or foil
- Continue cooking until internal temp hits 200–203°F
- Rest for 1–2 hours before slicing
