Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole beef brisket 10–12 lbs
  • 4 –6 tbsp FlavorBlvd Brisket Rub
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard binder
  • Optional: beef broth or apple juice for spritzing

Instructions
 

  • Trim excess fat from brisket (leave about ¼ inch)
  • Coat brisket lightly with mustard
  • Generously apply FlavorBlvd Brisket Rub on all sides
  • Let rest 30–60 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor)
  • Place in smoker at 225°F
  • Smoke until internal temp reaches 165°F
  • Wrap in butcher paper or foil
  • Continue cooking until internal temp hits 200–203°F
  • Rest for 1–2 hours before slicing
