Ingredients
  

  • For the Ribs:
  • 2 racks pork ribs baby back or St. Louis style
  • 3 –4 tbsp FlavorBlvd Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Rub
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Bourbon Glaze:
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ribs
  • Remove membrane from back of ribs
  • Lightly coat with olive oil
  • Generously apply Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Rub
  • Let sit for 15–30 minutes
  • Cook Low & Slow
  • Preheat oven or smoker to 275°F
  • Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 2–2.5 hours
  • Make the Bourbon Glaze
  • Combine all glaze ingredients in a saucepan
  • Simmer on medium heat for 10–15 minutes
  • Stir until thick and glossy
  • Finish the Ribs
  • Remove ribs from foil
  • Brush generously with bourbon glaze
  • Grill or broil for 5–10 minutes to caramelize
  • Rest & Serve
  • Let ribs rest for 10 minutes
  • Slice and serve hot
