Ingredients
For the Fries:
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen French fries (crinkle-cut or waffle work great)
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Cajun seasoning or paprika for extra flavor
For the Proteins:
- 1/2 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo (optional)
Yum Yum Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp water (to thin, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Fries:
- Cook French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- Season with salt and optional Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
- Cook the Steak & Chicken:
- Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season sliced steak with salt, pepper, and half of the garlic powder and paprika. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat another 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken, season with remaining spices, and cook until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
- Make Yum Yum Sauce:
- In a bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
- Assemble the Loaded Fries:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (if needed).
- Spread fries on a baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Top with cheese, cooked steak, and chicken.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish & Serve:
- Drizzle generously with Yum Yum sauce.
- Top with green onions, jalapeños, and tomatoes if using.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
