Ingredients
  

  • 1 packaged brownie mix your favorite brand
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups unshifted confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 cups non-dairy whipped topping 2 8-ounce containers
  • 1 3 1/2-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ to 1 cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake as directed in a 9 by 3 by 2-inch baking pan. Remove from oven and cool
  • Blend together softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar; mix until creamy and add 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping.
    Spread mixture over baked brownies
  • In a bowl, combine instant pudding mix with milk. Allow pudding to sit for a few minutes until it begins to set. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Spread remaining two cups non-dairy whipped topping over pudding layer
    Sprinkle with pecans.
