Brownie cake with whipped cream toppings

- 1 packaged brownie mix your favorite brand
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups unshifted confectioners’ sugar
- 4 cups non-dairy whipped topping 2 8-ounce containers
- 1 3 1/2-ounce package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- ½ to 1 cup pecans
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake as directed in a 9 by 3 by 2-inch baking pan. Remove from oven and cool
Blend together softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar; mix until creamy and add 2 cups non-dairy whipped topping. Spread mixture over baked brownies In a bowl, combine instant pudding mix with milk. Allow pudding to sit for a few minutes until it begins to set. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate 30 minutes. Spread remaining two cups non-dairy whipped topping over pudding layerSprinkle with pecans.
