Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Let cool completely.
Prep Ingredients
While pasta cools, chop vegetables, cheese, and meats. Add everything to a large mixing bowl.
Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Combine
Add cooled pasta to the bowl with toppings. Pour dressing over and toss until evenly coated.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors can blend.
Serve
Stir before serving. Add extra dressing if needed for freshness.
