Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz light rum
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 1 oz cream of coconut (like Coco Lopez)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice (optional, for a citrusy kick)
  • Ice
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Add rum, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice (if using) to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake well until chilled.
