Step 1: Prep the Wings
Pat wings dry with paper towels (this helps get them crispy).
Toss with olive oil, Mango Habanero Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Bake or Air Fry
Oven Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat to 375°F
Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway
Step 3: Make the Glaze
In a small saucepan:
Combine mango puree, honey, butter, hot sauce, and seasoning
Simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened
Step 4: Toss & Finish
Toss cooked wings in the glaze until fully coated
Optional: Return to oven or air fryer for 5 more minutes for a sticky finish
