Ingredients:
- 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers (calming and sleep-inducing)
- 1/2 tsp dried lavender buds (relaxes the nervous system)
- 1/2 tsp dried lemon balm (eases stress and anxiety)
- 1/2 tsp dried peppermint leaves (aids digestion and relaxation)
- 1 small slice of fresh ginger (optional for warmth and digestion)
- 1 ½ cups hot water
- Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all dried herbs (chamomile, lavender, lemon balm, peppermint) in a tea infuser or muslin bag.
