Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon (like Elijah Craig or Woodford Reserve)
  • 1 oz fresh apple cider
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Apple slices & cinnamon stick (for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

Optional: Rim the glass with cinnamon sugar for an extra festive touch.
