Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes & flats)
  • 2 tbsp FlavorBlvd Sweet Red Chili Wing Rub
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional for extra glaze)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for umami boost)
  • Chopped green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Wings
    Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Season
    Toss wings with oil and FlavorBlvd Sweet Red Chili Wing Rub until evenly coated. Add honey and soy sauce if desired for a sticky-sweet glaze.
  3. Marinate (Optional)
    For deeper flavor, marinate the wings in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Cook Your Way
    Choose your favorite cooking method:
    • Oven: Bake at 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
    • Air Fryer: Cook at 390°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
    • Grill: Grill over medium heat, turning every 5–6 minutes, until nicely charred and fully cooked.
  5. Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with ranch or a sweet chili dipping sauce.
