Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes & flats)
- 2 tbsp FlavorBlvd Sweet Red Chili Wing Rub
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp honey (optional for extra glaze)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for umami boost)
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prep the Wings
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness. Place in a large mixing bowl. - Season
Toss wings with oil and FlavorBlvd Sweet Red Chili Wing Rub until evenly coated. Add honey and soy sauce if desired for a sticky-sweet glaze. - Marinate (Optional)
For deeper flavor, marinate the wings in the fridge for 30 minutes to 2 hours. - Cook Your Way
Choose your favorite cooking method:- Oven: Bake at 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer: Cook at 390°F for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Grill: Grill over medium heat, turning every 5–6 minutes, until nicely charred and fully cooked.
- Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with ranch or a sweet chili dipping sauce.
