Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each), fresh or thawed
  • 2 tbsp Cape Cod Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Place them in the baking dish.
  3. Brush each fillet with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle Cape Cod Seafood Seasoning evenly over the top.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and a pinch more seasoning. Press this mixture lightly on top of each fillet for a crispy crust.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden.
  6. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
