Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken wings
- ½ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Butter
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- Garnish: Sesame seeds + chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Season wings with salt and pepper.
- Bake on a wire rack over a baking sheet for 40–45 minutes, until crispy.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in garlic, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss wings in sauce, then garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley.
