Connie was born in Saint Louis, Missouri, where she learned the art of southern soul food cooking from her mother and aunts. She transformed her passion into a thriving catering business named after her children, Curise Catering. She catered weddings, family reunions, corporate functions, and community events. Once people experienced her food, they would always request her recipes.
